1. Who we are

Admitra ("we", "us") operates this website and the Admitra partner portal, which help students apply to universities and help recruitment partners manage their students and applications.

2. Information on this site

We work hard to keep university, fee, visa and scholarship information accurate, but universities and governments change their rules and fees. Information is provided for guidance only. Always confirm fees and requirements with the university before making any payment. Fee figures on the public site are indicative ranges.

3. Our database and content

The content of this website and the partner portal — including our compilation of university, programme, fee, entry-requirement, scholarship and commission information, our guides, designs and software — is our property and is protected by copyright and database rights. You may view it for your personal use or, if you are an approved partner, to advise your own students.

4. Prohibited use

• Using robots, scrapers, crawlers, scripts, browser automation or any other automated means to access, copy, extract, index or monitor any part of the website or portal, except search engines that respect our robots.txt for public pages.
• Copying, republishing, selling, sharing or building a competing database or product from our content, in whole or in substantial part.
• Circumventing access controls, rate limits or security measures, or accessing the portal with another person's credentials.
• Using the platform to contact universities directly to bypass Admitra on applications introduced through the platform (partners — see your partner agreement).

We may block access, suspend accounts and take legal action for any breach, and we may recover our costs of enforcement.

5. Partner accounts

Partner access is subject to manual approval, identity verification and acceptance of our partner agreement, which includes confidentiality and non-circumvention terms. Portal information (including commercial terms, promotions and verified fee data) is confidential and licensed only for advising your own students. Prospective students and their families may not register as partners.

6. Applications

When you apply through us you confirm the information and documents you provide are true and complete. We may decline incomplete or ineligible applications. Admission decisions are made by universities, and visa decisions by the relevant authorities.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by universities or authorities, or for losses arising from reliance on general information on this site.
