What does it cost to join?

Nothing. The CRM, Copilot, course matcher, cost quotes and marketing studio are free for approved partners. You earn on every student you place who enrols — your terms are shared privately after approval.

How do partners earn?

You earn on every student you place who enrols at a live partner university. Your terms are shared privately once your account is approved, your rate is shown on each programme inside the portal, and your earnings wallet follows every application from projected to paid.

Which universities can I recruit for?

67 universities and 1,692 programmes are in the catalogue for counselling. 2 are open for applications through the platform right now: Xiamen University Malaysia, INTI International University. Universities that aren't live yet stay information-only until they are.

Which countries can I recruit from?

The platform is built around students from Pakistan and the Gulf — entry rules for Pakistani qualifications, PMDC guidance for medicine, Gulf-specific notes and quotes in PKR, AED, SAR, QAR and more. You can recruit from other countries too. Some promotions and exclusive channels apply to particular nationalities; the portal shows which.

How long does approval take?

Usually within 2 working days of receiving your verification details and your confirmed email. Every partner is checked by a person, including a short verification call.

What do I need for verification?

Your business registration number (or CNIC / ID if you work independently), office address, website or social page, and a photo or PDF of the owner's ID (CNIC or passport). A business registration, letterhead or school/academy proof is optional and helps. Documents are stored privately and only our partner team can see them.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite counsellors by email and they choose their own password. Counsellors see the students assigned to them; owners see everything, including earnings, automations and reports.

Can I see exact fees before I'm approved?

The public site shows fee bands. Exact verified fees, fee notes, entry requirements and scholarships are in the portal once you're approved.

Do students pay Admitra anything?

No. Applying through Admitra is free for students — they pay the university's own fees, their visa costs and their living costs.
