What we collect
Contact details, academic history, passport details and documents you or your counsellor provide to assess eligibility and submit university and visa applications.
How we use it
- To counsel you and prepare, submit and track your applications.
- To share your application with the universities you choose, and with your counsellor if you came through a partner.
- To send you updates about your application. Marketing messages only with your consent.
How we protect it
Passport numbers and bank details are encrypted at rest. Documents are stored privately and only accessible to authorised staff, your counsellor and the receiving university.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections or deletion (subject to legal record-keeping) by emailing admitra@zauraiz.tech.
